They will go above and beyond to ensure you will get a part and have it shipped over night!!! This has allowed my family to enjoy the safety of a Volvo vehicle for over 20 years when I reside seven hours away. Well done Volvo Cars Mississauga!!
Customer service is always great! I bought my car from them in the summer. Recently went to change my all seasons to winter tires and offered storage at a reasonable price. The people there are very friendly and family oriented. I was with my son early in the morning and they were very welcoming. They washed my car and I didn't have to wait too long either for the service.
When I was at the beginning of my car journey this dealership stood out to the rest! We had the pleasure of being shown around by Kevin and he was incredible. From day one his communication was stellar and he was honest with his feedback in regards to what vehicle would suit what I was looking for! From before the sale to even days after, the Mississauga Volvo staff were great! Very happy to be the new owner of a Volvo XC60 - not to mention the gifted my pup some Volvo doggo treats as well as a Volvo Moose toy!
